Dips and Turns, Vibrant and Local

This week I continued working with the rolling hills landscape and painted three square mini's measuring 3" x 3". They remind me of what I love about road biking here in Vermont. The rolling hills and the mountain views peak over the horizon as the road dips and turns here and there. To balance this macro perspective, I went to the micro level to depict the captivating vibrant color of poppies that are now in bloom locally.
